Each
tour will have its own link by artist name. As we receive photos or a tour
invites us to visit while in Southern California, we can take additional
pictures to post. The pictures we take would make sure that every crew member
is included who wants to be included, and the quality is consistent, with
name and company captions.If there is ever anything in a photo that needs to be removed, photo touch up can be done. If required entire backgrounds as well as surrounding people can be painted over leaving only the principal subjects in the photo. If Doors at 7 takes photos, we will only take tight pictures of crew members, as that is what the gallery is about. Any wide shots or shots including equipment must be requested by tour personnel or provided by them, as well as any shots of the show or artist.
Any tour crew or staff member can send Doors At 7 photos on disc or by e-mail and it will be posted under that tour's link. We would prefer that captions be provided to place under each photo, such as: "John Smith working with the new console from X Lights" or "John Smith with X Lights." Or: "Jack Smith with X lighting and Bob Green of X sound taking a much-needed break." We would also love to post the fun and crazy stuff from days off, on the bus, hotels, airplanes and 2 am coffee shops.
Send us as many photos as you like, as we look forward to posting as many as we can from each tour, as long as they are captioned. That is one of the reasons we would love to visit tours while in Southern California to take the photos - we know the captions will be included. We plan for this to be the largest collection of crew tour photos anywhere.
In time, we may add photo galleries by crew position and by companies such as sound, lights, rigging, trucks, buses. For now, this is just a gallery by tour or artist name.
